How do you remove the icon that's in the top left corner of IE?

I used to know how to do this in the old skinstudio, can't seem to find it in the new version.

To remove the icon, I go into Edit Titlebars and WindowFrames, then Edit Per Pixel Buttons, click on System Button (left) and Extra Settings (bottom) and change the numbers to 0 for both active and inactive.
To remove the title/caption, go into Edit Titlebars and WindowFrames, then Edit Per Pixel Frames, click on Caption (left) and Extra Settings (bottom) and change the Active Text Alpha and Text Alpha Inactive numbers to 0.
