Alienware windows 7 problem
Sunday, October 17, 2010 by phil28561 | Discussion: MyColors
I just bought an alienware computer and MyColors was already intalled.
When I first turned on my computer, there was already an alienware theme applied (name of the theme : BREED).
I noticed the stardock MyColors program and I opened it (not knowing what it was for) and saw my active theme and the "restore windows 7 theme" button.
I clicked on that button and everything went back to windows 7 normally.
I left it like this for a couple of weeks and then I felt like I could go back to the alienware theme.
THIS IS WHERE MY PROBLEM STARTS.
I can't go back to the alienware default theme. It's not appearing in the Stardock MyColors' menu.
I know where the files of my alienware theme are, but the program acts as if they don't exist.
Now, I've never bought the program or the theme and I don't know how to restore it.
Please help.

If you've read the post above and think you may have encountered the same problem, try opening stardock MyColors by going to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\MyColors
and then by double clicking "ThemeMgr"
This worked for me, hope it'll work for you too!
