winamp controls stopped working.

If none of these players is installed then nothing happens. Try running WinAmp and see if WBAmp starts working again.
WBAmp won't work if a player has been moved. In case WA has been moved reininstall it. The other players will "reinstall" themselves by just running them.
WBAmp supports WinAmp 2 and does not support WinAmp 3. Also WinAmp 5 is not tested. If NullSoft claims that WA 5 is compatible with WA 2 then it should work. I'll have a look at WA 5 this weekend.

try to re-install winamp, might help.
(on the window frame??? can you clear that out?)
