How can I port these icons to my desktop?

I wanna port these icons to my win 7 desktop.
No problem converting png to ico but I can't center the image into de icon.

By the looks of it all images are 256 x 256. Make a separate image of each at 256 x 256 and then create your icons using IconDeveloper. They must all be 256 x 256 to start, and you can center the image in that space if you need to move it a little, or resize the image a little to fit in a 256 x 256 space.

You want to use Icon Developer... I have done this before, and that should do it for you... oh wow.. this is from October...
