This I found for you Doc, it  so lovely and it says everything  about our friendship

A Place in My Heart

by Sharon Tulley

I love you my friend,
Though you are far away.
I love you my friend,
In so many ways.

I do not recall.
I can’t tell you when
This love it did grow
Or how did it begin.

But your words reach across
The miles that do separate
It’s your friendship I cherish
And want to celebrate

The everyday moments
That together are spent
The times that we laugh,
The times that we vent.

I want you to know
That however apart
You always will have
A place in my heart.

Keep this thread going and Doc will be 64 before we know it. Wonder how much shaking he has now at this age when he is checking for a hernia.

. 63 and don't look a day over 50

That's not what you told me.....  that at 63 Doc doesn't look a day over 90.

My first one fell off my boat...yep, you guessed it...the ark.

So that's why you (look like a prune) got all those wrinkles.... you were in the water for an eternity looking for it.

Nah, you're pretty good looking and well preserved for your age....

(must be all that medicinal alcohol... you're pickled in it)

Hehe, this reminds me of 75 y/o tailor... his son had to take over doing inside leg measurements cos the old bloke's Parkinsons meds didn't work so well and he'd end up measuring the wrong 'leg'.

Yeah, customers were coming back to pick up long pants but were picking up short shorts instead.

I'm so glad the young bloke took over the pinning work prior to making crotch alterations as well.
