Issue with Skin Studio/Window Blinds Background Skinning
Monday, September 27, 2010 by pmulcahy11b | Discussion: WindowBlinds
Every so often, I'll download a skin for Window Blinds that I end up not using because it totally resists explorer window background skinning. It there some setting I can fiddle with in Skin Studio and/or Window Blinds to stop this resistance?
