I need making docklets!

I wanted to make a docklet for ObjectDock, but I don't have VC++. Is there a free compiler I could download to do this? Is there a way to do this with VB6? I haven't looked into that because I don't have time right now. VB6 would be much better for me as I do that all the time.

I have vc++ and a new computer now. This thread could still be of intrest to some other people.
