wbload.exe error

whenever i try to run windowbinds, it says "wbload.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
why does it say this, and how can i fix it???

yeah, i did that, i was about to say no one has to respond, because i figured it out.
