The [SkinBrowser]. A powerful yet easy to use program for navigating the site. This alone is worth the cost of becoming a subscriber, it truly changes the way you view skins, icons, themes, and wallpapers. Not only can it view them, it can apply them directly. And if you're missing a program, it can download the programs you need.

It is the best way to view Wincustomize, especially for us slow dail-up users. Plus if you want to go through the discussion board while viewing skins, and even IRC chatting about skins, you can do it all in one program.
