Cursor XP help I need a urgent reply im so confused!!!!!!!!!!

I've only JUST joined this site so please don't laugh at my problem 
I downloaded cursors XP thats all ive done and installed it but.................
HOW DO YOU MAKE CURSORS ON IT AND PUT THEM UP IN HERE phew Ive said it please reply tis is urgent, or can't you make cursors on it? I'm so confused please help!

Thanks, um.. I got a question. Do you know where I can get good graphics/pics/syles (heheh whatever you like to call, the erm.. pic of the mouse) from?
