Has the code been altered?

All texts are jumping across the screen today. Has the code of the board been altered? 'Cos it didn't do that yesterday.
Example of what I mean: whenever I load up a long thread, the texts start to overlap instead of stay in their cells.

Odd, no change in browser either. This is the first time I've seen this happen.

yesterday who knows why all the text turn black and to times new roman in my computer... but now it looks ok...
