information request

I just uploaded a wallpack.As preview I submitted a standard screenshot size(1024 x 768),that is ok.But just to know:what I have to do to get as preview ,for example,a 1980 x 1080?How can I submit it(sorry for this kind of question,but I'm just a beginners in submitting wallpack on WC)?

Hi Jim,thanks a lot.I uploaded the new preview and everything it's ok.Just,the skin is now visible(of course as approved one) only in my list,but disappeared from Wallpaper's one.They need to check it again?

Changing the preview pic sends it back to moderation, for just a preview change they are normally good about getting it back in gallery quicker than if it was a new submission.
From upload guidelines
Wallpaper previews must be at least 1024x768.
Anything above this, within reason is fine.

Cavan1 is correct. Also, there is a mb limit to the preview. 2MB, I think.

Same way you submitted the other. I do it all the time. Just remember, when you get to the section where you choose an area for the preview, just click outside the stretch box and it will use the full shot. But know this, if the wall has a circle or the like in it, it will skew a bit, look like an oval.
