how to make a boot screen ???

I'm a new commer... I found BootScreen very easy to use 
But being a HUGE fan of Iron Maiden (www.ironmaiden.com) I was disapointed to not see, actualy, any screens of Maiden. I'd like to make the first one but I don't know how... any help... Please ?!

be careful with the boot screen - make sure you make a back up before you go into safe mode to replace xp boot screen
