Special request themes?

Hi, All of y'all are so talented and I can spend all night just going from one theme to another. Do any of you ever create "special order" themes? I would pay for the time and effort for a "light hearted" cat theme. Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I love cats, I have four and would love something kitty...
