This months WinCustomize Member Spotlight is shining on madcat21. Madcat21 has been a member of WinCustomize since February of 2006, and resides in the UK. Since his arrival on WinCustomize, madcat21 has submitted a bunch of skins in various categories, but mostly well known for his fabulous WindowBlinds skins that always have a unique and stylish design.

Congrats on the feature Madcat. You have been one of my favorite skinners since I joined here, and at DA. Your works are of a high quality and a with a vivid imagination. It couldn't have happened to a more deserving person. Bravo and Congratulations on the spotlight.
