Planktonic gives a Blank Wallpaper

I am really only posting this because I fear this problem will give me more hassle with other Dreams I download.
All other default dreams work, but when I click on Planktonic, my wallpaper simply turns blank.
It may be worth noting that the Preview box in Deskscapes shows Planktonic working perfectly fine.
May ALSO be worth noting that about 15 minutes ago, when I would click on Planktonic at all, it would give the error "Cant Decode MPEG-2" or something like that. Something about MPEG-2 codecs. So I downloaded K-lite codec.
My directx should be updated (Though Dxdiag still says I have 9.0c)
I am using WindowsXP Media Center SP2 x86 (Very recently reformatted)
My Video Card is: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT (Microsoft Updater says its up to date)
Is there anything I can do to fix this or am I gonna have to make due without it?
Im going to download and test other dreams, if I have any more problems I'll edit this post.
Windows7 Energy by Amitsaran doesn't work.
Exotic Summer by Amitsaran doesn't work.
UnderTheSea by Carguy1 doesn't work..
3/3 I tried doesn't work, this is a pain.

DREAMscape? No, I think I had something simular installed a while ago before my reformat, it didn't work with any .dreams I downloaded.
I have two different OS's on this PC, Windows7 x64 and WindowsXP x86.
I just now installed Deskscape on my Win7 and it works.
I guess Deskscape just didn't like my WinXP D:
Oh well, works beautifully.
I guess I'll just use Deskscapes on my Win7 and not worry about it on my XP.
If there IS any way to get it on XP though, id be glad to know how
