Hello. I am running 32bit Vista, so I can't load XP themes/msstyles. I searched around and found MSImport which converts the msstyles to be usable in Vista. It worked. However there are some bugs, which will be shown in screenshot.
As you can see, the taskbar icon is messed up, and when opened, the text goes over the margin, and it's generally just messed up. Is there any way to fix this?

Yes, considering the forum you have posted to....the recommendation would be to purchase Windowblinds.
Then "Stardock Support" will be of assistance to you....

Apparently I didn't do enough searching. 
Thanks anyway.
Could someone direct me to a guide on how to use Windows Blinds to fix it? I'm currently trying to use SkinStudio to do it and it's sort of confusing.
