Iconpackager refuses to work anymore :(

hi
i have a lil problem here ... whatever i do IconPackager wont change my icons anymore :'<
i tried everything i could - changing to other themes, rebuilding icon cache, un- and reinstalling it ... please help, i have the newest version

no im using the full version
btw - how would i apply an iconPackage via stardock central?
well - i gotta say its working now except for the following icons [as far as i noticed]
desktop
drives[hd and dvd-drives]
folders
... when running under LiteStep - if i set the explorer as shell all icons are working
maybe u know what i gotta do to make these icans work under LiteStep?

Stardock Central ---> skins and themes ----> browse them and then when you find the one you want you can either select download or apply. Apply will install it, and apply it at the same time. Very handy.

i dont have a WinCustomize Premium Subscription - im only OD customer
so that handy thing doesnt work for me - but anyway ... i dont think i need it that much either
