WB4 Skinning question

I'm nearly done with my WB4 skin,
But can't get 2 things done, and I'd like to know if it is possible.
1. If clicking a file or folder the detailed text in the task panel always shows up in black, can this be changed?
2. I changed the window background colour, and I looks fine in Windows but some websites that got colours set look really bad, Is there a way to work around this or to exclude the background colour in the IE explorer?

I dont think #1 can be changed ,I certainly never could get it to.

#1 can be changed, in skinstudio its under the 'color' tab.

I don't think you can change that text. You can change the color in the upper panels (the one's you can click on) but not the lower one (details).
