Winstep releases Winstep Xtreme v10.6 and Nexus v10.6

Its a great a app, been using it for awhile now, along with Stardock and have had no issues! 
Jorge keeps on top of any issues, gives good tech support!
There are some good themes for it, especially those by Webgizmo!

I know one of the options that I like when using Stardock programs like ObjectDock Plus or DX Themes is the capability for the program to hide off screen when not in use (mouse over to that part of the desktop/screen and it comes back). Does Winstep Extrreme and Nexus have this option?

yes you can hide the start bar there is an arrow at the right hand end of the start bar that allows also you can detach the various portions of the start bar such as system tray which you can hide by clicking on the clock in the start bar. I do not know about multi cores but my CPU is is a 920 with hyper threading enabled

Yes, of course, goes without saying. Look, if there is one thing Winstep always *specialized* on was functionality, not just eye candy. Read the Winstep Xtreme FAQ here, I'm sure it will make you go 'wow'.

Not sure I understand the question. All programs support multi-core CPUs, but that is an automatic thing. The OS decides which thread is assigned to which core.

I mean, do the meters have the ability to show all cores, to seperate them?
You know, Core 0 : 34%
Core 1: 24%, etc.

Ah, no. Wouldn't be that useful anyway - and the Desktop CPU meter has something related, but MUCH better: it gives you a list of, say, the 1 to 4 programs using the most of the CPU at that specific time (and what percentage they are using). A single glance and you'll know what app is hogging your CPU.
Same goes for the RAM meter, but in terms of memory usage. This is how I know IE sucks: top 3 slots on my system right now are Iexplore processes using 200-300 MB of RAM *each*. Sigh.

I already have it since I had a previous version, I like their shelves,which could be called docks. I also like the next start portion of extreme which replaces the start bar, I use a older version of the start bar because it allows for more modification (skinning) of the Bar instead of the current version which I also have. Before downloading all I did was rename next start to nextstart1 and work shelf to workshelf 1. I then downloaded and installed the latest version of winstep extreme so I can use the older version of next Start (ver 9.11) I use the Venom extreme winstep extreme Winstep theme which I modified by doing a little snipping from other themes to modify it for my machine as you can see on the image of my desktop
