Okay, for those people who want to talk about the latest US Presidential returns, please don't do it here. This is a customization website, not a politics site.

In terms of articles created on the site that are of the category political, it's roughly equal between the two. And a recent poll of active users showed it to be pretty equal.


Which means that partisans on the left or right will argue that the site is biased against them.

Someone pease stop saing left and right. There is no major left party in North America.
A little more than 10 years pass and already people are forgetting what the left really is (or was).

I find JoeUser so confusing... I clicked on the above link, read the posts there, but I can't figure out how to post something myself. I clicked on a link that said "Create new article" but I don't think that's it. There must be an easier way, no? Like enter a topic and a message and push submit... No?

Thank you Frogboy. As a non-American it's completely dreadful for those of us that come to a site and end up having to read about US politics and foriegn policy. It's all over the papers, and TV (In Canada at least) already. I come here to get away from that stuff. I appreciate that it is important, but I don't think this is the place for it.

Paxx - JoeUser isn't an American site. It's an international site. So left and right do mean something. About 40% of the users are overseas.


Also, assuming you have a blog, you can just click on that "create new article" and create an article.

I have to admit that I am impressed. My wife and I read articles on JU last night for over an hour. Some were really well written and obviously thought out. Others ... well

Anyway, it gave us some things to think about.
