How do I use SysMetrix?

You shouldn't edit the subject of your original post as then it can be confusing to others trying to understand why I would post an answer on ObjectDock for a question on SysMetrix. Just make another forum post if the subject is different.
SysMetrix is not a Stardock product so the best place to get info on it is on the SysMetrix site.

That would depend on which version of ObjectDock you have - 'free' or purchased. If the free version then you will only be able to use the non-tabbed docks included in the zip file. This folder seems to be called 'WoW_Single'. You will just need to extract that folder to C:\program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds.
