Elevated Command Prompt
Is Deskscapes3 taking over my PC?

After my recent debacle with a UIS0 skin, I decided to run sfc scannow to see if there were any problems with my rig. Well, there were a few, but they got corrected.
My question now is, why does an elevated command prompt have a command line that reads the following?
C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\Deskscapes3>

I get that by typing cmd into the search and right clicking the result and choosing run as administrator.
If I go to all programs, accessories right click cmd.exe and choose run as administrator, I get a different prompt. It has the following command line.
C:\Users\Jim
The title bar says Administrator: Command Prompt. You can see in the image, I get different results the other way.
Can I get an explanation?

Correct command line is: C:\Windows\System32>
To run scannow, it would be: C:\Windows\System32>sfc /scannow.
I (like you) have no idea what you're doing. Would you like your lecture in private or public?

But, before you start, know this.....I didn't type any of that in, other than the sfc /scannow part.

Let me get this right....
When you right click Accessories / Command Prompt: Run as Admin, you get: C:\Users\Jim

FYI: I just tried it on a rig minus DeskScapes and the command prompt reads: C:\Windows\System32>
It may be DS making the change somehow.

Didn't realize you two were married....
No, it's not. You both have something, be it a security app, tweak app or even malware preventing you from accessing Administrator rights.

OK, If I use the run command, type in cmd.exe, I get the correct prompt with this in the title bar.
Administrator: C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe

I'll uninstall DeskScapes before I turn on UAC. Besides,it's a non-issue for me. I try not to break my computer to the point I need a command prompt. I was only confirming his results. Jim (soon to be my Ex) is the one with the problems.

Because it was probably the last program to run a script from that directory via an elevated command prompt?
