Office 2010 Bugs, not sure if they were present in 2007 or not

i have had these bugs for quite a while, but since office was in beta, i didn't really see a reason for posting about them
now, 2 major bugs i notice, if i open a note, i have no titlebar, it's invisible, i seem to recall this in outlook 2007 as well. so, i figured i would just open windowblinds, select outlook.exe and ignore it, doing that makes outlook have no titlebar. so, whats the fix or workaround?

Please update to the WB 7.09c build that went up today and see if this helps or not.
