edit: wow, I just looked at the bottom part again....it's 90px tall.....go figure.

Oh, by the way, animations in SKS7 on windows 7 are a pain in the butt. not only was SKS giving me a hard time setting the margins for the animations, I discovered after they were all in, that they do not move if the start menu expands. 
So, if you put animations on the top right, or on the right side, you cant have the menu expand at all.

Something tells me animations werent the first thing in mind when 7 was being coded. 
Guess u better keep em on the left

On the left is perpixel frames and on the right is UIS2 frames.
