Question about objectdock

Hey all,
So I FINALLY managed to instal a nice objectdock background + icons, etc and a nice MAC theme for everything else.
There is only 1 thing left I would like to fix. On objectdock, when I run multiples windows (for exemple, 3 mozilla firefox windows), there is a little triangle that tells me this program is in use. Now, when I want to open 1 specific window of those 3 who are open, I have a hold left click on the mozilla icon and then, a old and ugly win95 like bar open and show me the 3 windows from wich I can chose one.
What I would like is to instal something that would make the same effect as on MAC. Each time I would bring my mouse over the specific program it would do something like this : EXACTLY AT 2MINUTES on this video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9t_4EsABXk
