Another problem with changing fonts to 125%, some older icons in the tabbed section do not automatically resize.

Pictures are worth a thousand words!  Based on your screenie, ObjectDock Tray is NOT on my list.  Therein lies the problem methinks.
Hrm? The Weather Docklet wasn't there before OR after I added the ObjectDock Tray docklet... the two aren't related in any way.

[Tabs] Custom +/- images do not seem to work. I have tried re-directing the code in the .ini to point toward "ObjectDockPlus2\Backgrounds," but this did not work.

Same here...I also tried editing the .ini file but it's still showing default plus/minus icons.

1. Windows used to minimize to the dock, now they minimize to the taskbar.

2. The minimize/maximize animation is rough and choppy. This happens the same on 2 different machines.

3. Any chance of getting "Categories" from the Dell Dock as a new feature in OD 2.0?  Please oh please?

4. It would be really nice to be able to have reflections on any zoomer, regardless of whether it's in the .ini code or not; just like you can with the tabbed backgrounds.

Darcilicious-My point was that I do not have ObjectDesktop Tray listed in my docklet list..therefore a problem!

You don't have it because you didn't manually add the docklet code to the docklet folder in your ObjectDock installation folder

Therefore, no problem!

Installed the beta this morning, have been loving it ever since. Finally, I can hide my taskbar full time again! Have missed this. Couple of minor bugs I've picked out, though, with the understanding that this is a beta, and so I'm still pretty much happy as a clam over here.

Bugs:

1) Ctrl+Click on the system tray icons (which used to bring up customization options) simply crashes my dock, regardless of the icon in question.

2) Minimizing icons to the dock isn't capturing Explorer windows for some reason, though they show up if I show all running icons on the dock. Minor annoyance for now, I trust it'll be fixed by the final release

3) For some reason I can't get the tab-dragging feature from the video to work without crashing my dock, either.

Stacks docklet seems to be broken, too, though I doubt that's Stardock's fault. Just a side note.

I'd like to second the request for Categories, too, as from what I can hear it sounds like a good feature that would fit well with the rest. Other than that, it's good so far, bound to be better, and looking forward to the final product - meanwhile, it's become my full time dock.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Ooh, I found another bug!  Seems to be related to the 64 bit app issue I mentioned in a prior post.  This time, the "running indicator" doesn't come on for the 64 bit version of Newsbin Pro, but it does for 32 bit applications.  Even when the program is launched from the dock, it doesn't see the application's "hooks".  I am sure that all three issues (no icons/can't fix icons, no thumbnails of windows in running tasks, and no running indicators) are all related.  8)

Hmm, looks like Winamp doesn't show up and it's 32 bit, but Pandora One does,  Zune is 64 bit and it doesn't.  Hmm....

Also, since we're talking about running indicators...

There doesn't seem to be an option to choose one.

Re: running indicator choices.

Yeah, the tiny black triangle on a mostly dark background isn't doing it for me either

Hi there, thanks for the update.

I installed it today but was very dissapointed to see that the issue with skype in my taskbar tab it still an issue.

Any chance this will be fixed?

Hi,

Looks really nice, and Im now hiding my original windows taskbar again (well done on getting that start menu to appear from windows 7).

Here is my current bug list (Win7 32 bit):

1) The three 'windows built in' system tray icons in windows 7 don't function from the OD sys tray. (Volume, network connections, and action centre) when you left click on them when windows task bar is hidden. Volume control doesn't work at all for left click no matter if windows task bar is hidden or not.

2) Pop up notification balloons dont seem to appear from the OD system tray, but come from what seems to be where OD has hidden the windows task bar.

3) A digital clock would be brilliant and really helpful (especially if you could left click on it and get up the same mini calendar view that windows 7 brings up).

Many thanks.

1. Although set to load at start up, it doesn't.

2. It doesn't appear to be detected by Tweak7, only the older ODPlus which I uninstalled through Impulse (to avoid conflicts, like skin updates).

So one question : Is this build 'feature ready' or are there still features that find their way (back!) into the final ?

No flyouts nor stack functionality is an absolute no-go.

I have my top dock set behind any open windows and have it located at the top. When I open any window, IE, Opera, Programs, etc at the top you can't see the dock but you can see a white shadow of all the icons. I have tried many different settings but it just won't go away. It doesn't make the desktop look very nice while any window is open.

p.s. forgot to mention in my post. The dock with the black shelf style background with icon reflections .... looks bloody lovely

I have successfully managed to implement the STACKED/ FLYOUT feature.

It can be downloaded here... LINK.  You must add this to your "Docklets".

Works like a charm...

Yes, but only if You have the dock at the bottom. And it is 3rd party + not maintained since months.

i notice that on windows 7 x64, 64bit apps won't minimize to the dock, but others do.  on windows 7 x86, no problems at all.

regarding the dell dock, impulse dock also has this feature, and i was expecting it to be in OD2 considering it's been around for quite some time in other stardock developed docks.  would be really great feature, thus not needing stacks or flyout then.  i guess i'm just really disappointed that OD2 has less features, at least, features i use than OD1
