deskscapes issue

When I tryto run an animated wallpaper, I get the message that dwm is required to be enabled. How do I enable dwm?

Issue is now resolved. I had the blur effect turned off in windowblinds. Since I ticked the blur effect boxes, Deskscapes works fine.
