Ozone by Mike Bryant.... Probably one of the best blue and black skins you'll see. But I do believe it's a premium skin, which means you have to pay for it, but it's only a few dollars. Go on........ support your local skinners!!

Here's three to get you started. They are all suites; that is, there are numerous other skins besides the WindowBlinds skin. When you are in the WinCustomize gallery, do a search for each name, and things like docks and widgets will show up.
