cant download materials

every time i tried to dowload ne thing from wincustomize it gave me the donation screen , what happened , it was working fine b4 .

Do you have a current subscription to WinCustomize or Object Desktop?
If you do, make sure you're logging in to the site with the account credentials these products are associated with. Downloads will only be uncapped if you log in.

You are probably getting that because you have reached a dwonload limit. Do you have a current subscription to WinCustomize or Object Desktop?
