Newbe problem

I recently found stardock, witch led me to finding you guys. Ok how do i change the color of the address bar in windows 7 ??
Plus, in the start menu theres always a few things hilighted, on mine there very light blue and the words are white so i can barely see what it is when it's lit up like that. as far as the address bar goes the way it is now i cant read it either. cause, im using a "pre-customized" version of windows 7 Its nice but these glitches I dont like.

No I downloaded win 7 nvidia 2010 edition from rockers team. It works great i just dont like the address bar, or the start menu. So I really have no idea how its made.

You are using a windowblind? If so, which one?
