How do I change the language of fences?

I just downloaded fences and I love it. However my system language is english while I am residing in Belgium (which is dutch localized). Fences installed itself and took the dutch translation, now the whole system is english except for the fences entries in the shell menu (right-click) and the fences program itself is dutch too. I would like it to all be in english so it would fit in better with my system.
I tried renaming the language folder, but it seems that only changes the language of the program interface and some shell entries, but not all.

Never mind, I found that all it took to change the rest of the menu options was a reboot. I do think however that there should be a way to change the language other then to go and rename the folder in which the language files are stored
