Hi Seth, I heard that that was pretty good (adblock) but I prefer IE7 which adblock doesn't appear to support. And as a subscriber I shouldn't be getting them anyhow. I figure it has to do with changes in the pages and just thought I'd mention them to the mods to let them know the situation. I think Iwill check the beta site and see if ads pop up there also. thanks

EDIT: NOPE, same over there (or here, whatever). maybe someone up the ladder will let us know what's up? (hint-hint)

I don't remember if ie7 has this but...but try looking in tools and seeing if you can block scripting in ie7...might disable the ads.

I understand what you're saying, though. Try going into the SD irc and asking about it there...might be faster.

Don't know if it is actually free, but it has a free download link (second link). The first link is a review/explanation.

thanks, I looked at the links and downloaded the program, I'll run it later to check it out. it appears that it might stop the flash ads also which means I could enable "flash" for watching video content, I like that.

Yes IE7 Pro is free i don't use it's ad block however the flash block works brilliant, the software works in IE8 also tho the last time i tried it with it there were a few bugs that needed working on,but for IE7 alls good

Every now and then the backroom boffins have to clean out the cages for the squirrels that power the servers.

That usually borks the User login process [and thus the stored cookies].  A cookie-clean and/or reboot and relogin usually solves that....

I wish that they would warn us when our subs are about to go. I have renewed but am still being identified as a non-subscriber and without benefits. I hate being charged for time that I am not able to use (they hold you to the minute, ya know)

I have cleaned the cookies from my browser and logged back in but it's not registering. I have initiated a ticket and Mike indicates that everything seems okay on their end. unfortunatly now I have only 363 days, 4 hours, 16 minutes and 33 seconds left on my account that I am unable to use.
