Multiplicity issue on Server 2008

I have my primary on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. A secondary on XP SP3, and another on Server 2008 Std 32bit.
Ctrl-Alt-Backspace does not work on the Server 2008 box.

I use Bomgar for remote support - and it uses some sort of workaround to solve for this.. might be worth checking with them. I have a ton of w7/s2008 boxes that I can send ctrl-alt-del to without issue.
