New at all this, would like to know how to play gifs on my desktop using Dreammaker

I already know how to create dreams with short videos

I hope it's simple and feasible...

A .gif would have to be converted to mpeg or wmv. You could also turn it into individual png frames, build a .nwa file out of the pngs and create a hybrid dream out of it.

I'm having marginal success by using Gif Avi converter and then create a dream with dreammaker in order to use the gif as an animated desktop background. What a hassle as compared to just rightclicking the desktop with Windows ME. At least I know I can do it now...Thanks for the input!
