Deskscapes

I'm having difficulties with installing Deskscapes 3. When i install Impulse and try to install Deskscapes it won't let me because it says my OS (Windows 7) is unsupported.
I bought Deskscapes at the release time. Do i have to pay for Deskscapes 3 ?!
