Are you choosing save as, or just closing it and having it ask you if you want to save it? Send them to [email protected]

Do you have a RGB or RGBA color profile selected ? What bit are you using? It needs to be 24bit RGB minimum AFAIK for pngs.

When you created the documents, did you perhaps accidentally choose CMYK color (which is just underneath RBG, so if your mouse is misbehaving, or you're doing things too quickly can easily be chosen)?  I've had that happen to me a couple times...I was very frustrated until I figured things out.

@ Ausvet not sure but I can tell you that when I click on save as I also get this

Save options:

Layers is checked by defualt

Color:

ICC profile: sRGB IEc61966-2.1 (Linear RGB......) can;t see the rest

I would say no cause I just if use the defualt setting but I did change it from 8 bit to 32 bit

but then again you have to refer to my username

It needs to be 24bit

at which I thing I made them 32 bit

got it thanks all I just opened them back up in PH and opened up my to blank png  size 300x65

and 256x256 and just moved them to the blank ones and now was able to save then as png

It needs to be in 8 bit or 16 bit to save as png. Set it here.
