Just because it's a boring application doesn't mean it has to look dull, right? 3Dftp is not only a very skinnable application (check out that very funky 'Extreme' skin), but it's also very powerful and reliable. Amongst its cooler features are Flashget style multi-stream transfers, multiple site connections and full skin support.

Yeah, it's been around for a long while, and it's not very good in the resource-conserving department.
