Wallpaper submissions are still being moderated loukeeya. Changes to the Wallpaper Gallery may be under consideration, but I should imagine that moderation will remain.

loukeeya is hallucinating due to signals received on her 50" monitor.

She's not hallucinating.  According to this thread: https://forums.wincustomize.com/335824 under "II Site Design" item #5,

5. Wallpaper moderation as we know it will likely disappear. Instead, we will likely move forward towards a moderator recommended option.

Of course, WinCustomize 2K9 isn't in effect yet, and there is no projected date that we've been made aware of in a very long time, and also, according to item #5, rather than more walls making it into the public arena, it seems to my understanding that there will be LESS making it into public viewing, as the moderators will have to recommend them for viewing, which takes a lot more than having them just rate them for viewing.

Or is it from being water-logged after all that rain?

Well!!!  I've heard some people have a medical condition and thus can become intoxicated with water.

And I know that I hallucinated when I became intoxicated.

Saw pink elephants and everything.

I saved my sanity somewhere,now I can't remember where I put it.

P.S. That 50" monitor is waterproof and it also likes plenty of sunlight.

Didn't you put it in the what's-it's-name behind the oogameflick in the what's-it room down the hallway leading off the what-yer-call-it?

The waterproof thing 'll be handy, but I don't reckon it'll see too much sunlight in London, tho.

85F and bright sun here in Tampa Bay, Florida area today, so you might as well just send that 50" monitor here.  Set to 800 x 600 resolution I should see the text just fine.

Just keep hanging in there with the walls Lou.

Well, i hope they continue moderation. By the looks of some of them though i think  they were not moderated at all. Most are good, but wow some of them are of really bad quality. They really should have stricter guidelines for whats acceptable and what is not IMHO.
