Icons

i like to change my icons almost on a daily basis - i use icon packager but it doesnt change all the icons and have to manually click "change icon". sometimes this works but mostly it doesnt, so i have my nice pretty icons but in my documents they are dreary - any suggestions on how to change every single icon all at once?
