Question about artists rights and other sites

Hey Folks, I have a question. I found this person on MyOpera which I have an account on. Her name there is Baby_2u. She has a wallpaper photo gallery which is here:

that has many images I recognize from Wincustomize, I don't see any bylines or recognition of artists and I'm sure the images are by different artists. Her about link is here

I don't know what the rules/laws are about this but I thought you might want a heads up on her.

It is up to individual artists whose work is being displayed without their consent to request a takedown from the person/persons displaying that content.

It will be up to the individual skinners to check out that site and see if any of their work was uploaded with out their permission. If so then they need to make that fact know and asked the admin on that site to remove them.
If that is in fact what is happening they are not very nice people.

Well is there a way we can let skinners on this site know about this it looks like she's mostly using Wallpapers. Perhaps a repost with an "alert all skinner read" type thing? Just a suggestion. I love this site and the people who share thier art with us and would like to help protect their work!

Don't worry...this is what Disney has a team of lawyers for. They do not like copyright infringement when it comes to thier art. I'm sure when they investigate the site due to an anonymous email, it will be shut down. Not saying I sent one but I do have friends that enjoy starting crap.

I think the best course of action is to post the link on/at Deviantart.com ... where probably all of these images originated.
The artists there will likely tear her to shreds.

Already fired off a email to Ryan Bliss from DB, with the link I imagine his lawyer will have a field day..
