Stardock has released SkinStudio 1.1. SkinStudio is a program that lets you design your own custom interface to replace the drab UI of Windows 98/ME/2000/XP. The skins it produces can be used by WindowBlinds and ObjectBar to transform the Windows GUI. It's a free download, check it out.

Jack Splat: theoretically yes, but with no way to create your own skins nor to import non-microsoft made skins. Therefore Skin Studio and WindowblindsXP will still be a must for XP users.
