Analog Meter Background

Can anyone tell me how to make an Analog meter? I can configure one easily. Don't know how to make the Clock Image though. Tried downloading a couple but can not find the image to change.

the clock is a totally differnet thing than the meter plugin.
But, if you want to rotate somthing that has a "dial" i guess this would work just fine.

the image needs to be basicly a square that is the same height as width. its transparent bg and centered. Then you just draw the hand from the center or the clock face or whatever. the hands usually connected to the Analog Clock 3 plugin. im sure somewhere there is a tutorial, since there are like 1000000 clocks.
