Hello,
Ok....finally going to take the plunge and download Impulse since SDC is no longer being updated. Once I have Impulse installed on my pc......do I need to uninstall SDC OR just leave it on my pc?

when i click on impulse it does not load up. i just installed updates 30 minutes ago, to it.

Ok....got Impulse downloaded. I noticed I have a lot of updates available. I am trying to update my Icon Packager and I keep getting an error message of.....your registration for this product is not valid. I had Stardock send me all my serial numbers (email) and I can get them to register....but not to update the software to the last version. I have Impulse version 1.00.00 and I am running Windows XP SP2. My Cursor FX updated just fine thru Impulse. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
All my other software is updating all right with Impulse. I just updated My Colors thru Impulse and it updated with no problems. Looks like it's just my Icon Packager that is the problem. Now...when I open SDC....I noticed that I have 2 Icon Packagers listed. One is Icon Packager version 4.10.172 and the other is Icon Packager 4 version 4.10.172. Could this be causing the issue with it not updating thru Impulse? When I open the registrations in Impulse I am seeing 3 different Icon Packagers listed. Two are duplicates (same serial number) and the third one said Icon Packager 4.....with a different serial number and the status shows "invlaid". Apparently here lies the problem.....I just don't know what to do to correct it.
Any step by step instuctions would be most appreciated!! Thank you.

You can safely leave it, but it's kind of redundant ...Impulse is the new delivery platform for all things Stardock, and more.
I still have my copy, but haven't opened it since Impulse was released.
