I’m always happy and excited to have the opportunity to promote people on behalf of the WC staff, and today we welcome 2of3 to the ranks of Master skinner! We have been watching him progress over the past few years, and his quality of work and attitude in the community is outstanding, and this promotion is well deserved.
Looking through his gallery he has some stunning WindowBlinds skins, and plenty of matching skin accessories to go with it. I can’t wait to see what skins he has up his sleeve now.

Well then it would sound like new skinners need to step up and show off thier talents and skills, just like Tim and the other Masters Skinners did when they first started out. Just saying.

CONGRATULATIONS TIM! 
I doubt that will be the case with Tim. In fact....it's as much his abilities/willingness to coordinate community skin projects as anything else that makes Tim a stand-out. Not all Masters are strictly skinners.....I don't think yrag has a single skin to his name (could be wrong)

yrag is a Journeyman....though probably should be a Master...he's saved enough people's bacon with their computer problems over the years....
