Desktop Collage Master Skin

Hi all,
Just after some help if possible, Quite some time ago i bought the Desktop Collage Dream from Wincustomize to use as my wallpaper and it has been going along quite well.
My issue is that ive had to rebuild my computer and cannot find any of the documentation i had for reactivating this Dream so i can use it again. Its been a long time since ive used my account @ wincustomize for purchases and to be quite honest am not sure if the account im using now is the one i used to purchase the dream.
Is someone able to point me in the right direction to somehow get my activation information again???
