Renew the subscription

In october my subscription for objectdesktop expires, now i'm thinking to renew the subscription for OD ultimate....the last update of the beta of wb7 for me don't work (the serial is not valid says), same thing for sks 7 (this is the cause because i can't update my skins)....the support says always the same things....and the problems remain....now my question is: if i renew the subscription stardock give me a new serial? Because i think that my serial is hacked

You should also bear in mind that betas are not really guaranteed to work for every user and with every configuration--that's why they're betas. Personally, I tend to wait for the stable versions before upgrading.
The support staff are pretty good at resolving these kinds of issues; if the software continues to be valuable to you (and I think especially if you're considering an upgrade or have already upgraded to Win 7), then I'd re-up.

ODsktp standard or ulimate?
WB 7 * SKS have been showing for some that have standard, but you don't get the beta or SKS with it

Now i've OD standard and i'm thinking to renew but for OD ultimate.
I've the beta of wb7 but don't apply the last update of the beta itself, while for sks7 i can download it but i can't run it because says that the serial is not valid....some months ago i've many problems with many updates for the various iconpack,wb and sks...now first to spend 50 bucks i want know if stardock give me a new serial with a new subscription because i think that the problem is there

when you have installed the products, right click on them and see if it says Re-Activate in the menu, if it does then clickig that may make the apps then work for you

I would contact sales@stardock.com and explain everytthing that is going on. They should be able to fix you up.
