Fences expired

I'm getting a notification by fences stating:
As noted during download (uh... no, it wasn't noted anywhere I could see 
), this community preview beta of Fences was set to expire on November 1st 2009...
Need more update
Oh, I got an update notification, and I installed it, but it didn't do any good. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling again just in case.

It's not that the program quits working.... It only works in "Reduced Functionality Mode"

Who's freaking out? Seems like a bunch of bug reports to me. Isn't that what a beta is all about?
