Object Dock always starts "On Top"

I own Object Dock and use latest Version 1.90 Plus Build 535u.
It's loaded automatically on windows startup.
But it always starts "Always on Top" although "Always on Top" is unchecked.
Everytime i had to check always on top and then uncheck it to get OD work properly.
Can anyone help ?

Can you clarify a bit? I have OD set to hide while not in use, but it always appears for a bit every time I start my computer.
