Friday, August 7, 2009 by RedBuzzard | Discussion: Stardock Support General
Everytime I try click the reset data button in impulse I get this error message. "There were one or more problems reseting your data. If you continue to experience problems, you may want to restart and try again." Can anybody help me fix this??

Please check the Impulse Error log for more detail. It is probably a permissions problem. You can access the Impulse Error log by clicking on the ? in the upper right hand corner of Impulse.

I've used the reset data function alot this last week and have not seen that error message. Did you try closeing out Impulse and restrating it and trying to reset data again?
It's possible that somehow Impulse has gotten borken. You might try unintalling Impulse run a clean up program like CCleaner and then reinstall Impulse.

Not sure what this means. ![]()

Well, I tried reinstalling Impulse to no avail. It just tries to update Impulse but, does not reset the data.

Not a thought beside uninstalling and after reboot, reinstalling. Sorry!
